Active holidays in Belarus.

Description

Belarus is often perceived as a land of quiet lakes and calm plains, but for those who are looking for adventure, it opens up from a completely different side. Here, among the pine forests and along the winding rivers, dozens of locations are scattered, where active recreation reaches a fundamentally new level.

The Minsk slalom Canal, built for Olympians, has now become an ideal place for trekking and photo shoots in the post-industrial jungle.

The spirit of adventure is also in Zhodishki, where a unique open-air climbing wall stands on the banks of the Vilia, a monumental boulder structure created in Soviet times and which has become an excellent launching pad for novice climbers.

The water element attracts no less. The Minsk Sea and the Vileika Reservoir are real centers of attraction for yachtsmen, surfers and boat enthusiasts. Life is in full swing here: from renting jet skis to fishing competitions.

For those who want closer contact with wildlife, routes have been created in Lipichanskaya Pushcha, where the fast and winding Shchara invites you to exciting kayaking trips, or the Blue Lakes ecotrope with ascents to Bald Mountain and views of transparent forest reservoirs.

Nature trails are waiting for fans of hiking expeditions. Yelnya, the largest marsh complex, will surprise with cranberry fields and rare birds, and Doo Island in the Osveisky Nature Reserve will amaze with its history.

For extreme athletes who are ready for real hiking, the Kozyansk marshes are open with overnight stays in tents around the campfire.

Even familiar urban parks, such as the Pechersk Forest Park in Mogilev, have turned into multifunctional sports clusters with wakeboarding in summer and tubing trails in winter.

Don't miss the chance to ride a bike through Belovezhskaya Pushcha or go rafting on the spring "sea of Herodotus", it's worth it!

Let's move on to new achievements and discoveries!
